Historic preservation design and zoning guidelines are the responsibility of the Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission (IHPC). While the Irvington Community Council is asked by IHPC for their opinion on Irvington Historic District variances, we do not have any authority in this regard and cannot provide you with advice on how to comply with IHPC guidelines.
